Create your website
Open your first online store or business website in four short steps: choose, add details, verify with a code, and start designing while Jukto approves it.
Creating a website takes a few minutes. You choose what you need, add your shop details and confirm with an SMS code. The Jukto team approves every new website, and you can already design it while you wait.
Before you start#
- A Bangladesh mobile number that can receive SMS. It is your sign-in, and a 6-digit code is sent to it to confirm the new website.
- Your shop name and the short address you want, for example
my-shop. - Your business category and your business address (division, district, street and area).
- A decision: do you want to sell online (Jukto Store) or only present your business (Jukto Site)?

Create it step by step#

Choose
Pick the type of website and, for a store, the mode. On the same screen choose the billing period and a plan. There is no free trial. The screen shows the price, the one-time service fee when it applies and the total due today, and your first payment is covered by the money-back guarantee (by default 7 days on a monthly plan and 30 days on a yearly plan). Nothing is charged automatically: you pay an invoice when it is due.

Details
Type the Website name, the Website address (3 to 40 characters: lowercase letters a to z, digits and hyphens), your Business category, and your Division, District and Street and area.

Verify
Jukto sends a 6-digit code by SMS to your verified mobile number. Enter it within 5 minutes and press Create website. Wrong codes are counted, so type carefully.

Waiting for approval
The website exists now, but visitors cannot see it yet. The Jukto team checks it and you get an SMS when it is approved. Meanwhile you can set up everything.

How many websites can I have?#
- One owner account can run more than one website. The most you can have is set by Jukto, and the create screen shows "This will be website N of M on your account".
- A website that is still waiting for approval counts too. You can cancel a waiting request to free its place.
- Each website has its own plan and its own bill. Image storage and visitor sessions are shared by all your websites.
- After a request is sent, you can make another one after 30 minutes.
Common problems#
"That website address is already taken"
Someone else already uses it. Choose another address. Use only lowercase letters a to z, digits and hyphens, and do not start or end with a hyphen.
The code is wrong or has expired
A code works for 5 minutes. Press Send a new code, wait for the new SMS, and enter the newest one.
I do not see the new website after I sign in
A sign-in can show one website. Log out and sign in again, or switch website from the website switcher at the top.
When can customers order?
After the Jukto team approves the website and, if your plan is paid, after the first invoice is paid. Until then buyers see a page that says the website is being set up.
