Create an order yourself

Use New order when a customer orders outside your website. The order then follows the same path as any other order.

Before you start#

• The products must be published, because you add items by searching published products.
• You need permission to create orders and to view products.
• The store must be active.

Create the order#

   Open New order

   Click New order in Orders, or choose it from the quick action menu.

   Fill in the customer

   Enter Name, Mobile number (a Bangladesh mobile, for example 01711000000) and optionally an email.

   Enter the delivery address

   Choose the District from the list, add the Area if you want, and write the house, road and village.

   Add items

   Search a published product, press Add and set the quantity.

5. 5

   Pick how it is paid

   Choose Pay on delivery (COD), or Due (pay later) when Due is switched on in Accounting.

   Click Create order

   Tick I already agreed this order with the customer: confirm it now if you want it confirmed right away.
